What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

We’re looking for people who have the following:

  • A compassionate and caring approach, with a strong understanding of quality care principles

  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

  • A current National Police Check

  • Full COVID-19 vaccination status and the current flu vaccination

For those wishing to work with our clients that require aged care and disability support specific services, you will also need:

  • A minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or completion of at least the first year of a Nursing qualification

  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check

For those wishing to work with our clients that require childcare, you will also need:

  • A minimum of Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

  • A current Working with Children’s Check
